Hi guys! Easter is just around the corner, so we wanted to share our best ideas for stuffing your baskets this year.

One of our favorite tips is to use a play silk to line your Easter basket, instead of using artificial grass. It's better for the environment, plus you get way more play value! Kids of all ages can use play silks, from peekaboo to small world play.

Once you've got your play silk, we recommend adding some (or all!) of these toys to your little one's basket.

0 - 2 years:

Jellycat stuffed animal - we're partial to this fuzzy chick or soft mint bunny, but there are lots of friends to choose from

Grimm's Pastel Wooden Balls

Grapat Adult Nins in light or dark wood (pictured). These are really large for peg people (almost 4" tall) so they're perfect for little people.

Grimm's Six-Piece Rainbow - pastel is sweet for Easter (pictured), but we have bright in stock too

A book - for this age range, we love E is for Easter or If I Were A Rabbit (pictured)

2 - 4 years:

Giant crayon or (and!?) Kwik Stix

Plus-Plus BIG 15 Piece Tube in pastel (pictured) or basic

Tegu prism pouch in tints (pictured) or blues

Mad Mattr - we recommend the Quantum Pack (pictured), but we have a few Pods left if you need something little to tuck in your basket

Holztiger animal - pick your favorite! We currently have heart eyes for this giraffe

A book - maybe an Easter book like The Magic Bunny, or one of the adorable Little People Big Dreams books (pictured)

4 - 6 years:

Jixels - these come in a couple of different sizes and a variety of fun themes including Sweet Treats(pictured), Playful PetsUnder the Sea, or Up in the Air

Plus-Plus Mini Maker Tube in Bunny or Chick

Grapat Season Set - Spring

Our favorite Easter book ever! The Country Bunny and the Little Gold Shoes. We also have the gift edition which includes a golden shoes charm (the six year-old girl inside of me is geeking out over this one!).

And last but not least-- how about some Easter-themed sidewalk chalk

As always - but especially now - thanks for shopping small with us!

Love,

Caitlin & Suzanne
