Fort Worth Area School Purchase Program
We are excited to announce a new discount program for Fort Worth area schools and daycares.
Orders of $150 or more qualify for a 20% discount. Free delivery within 15 miles of THL.
Are you a tax exempt organization? Email us your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate and we will set your account to tax exempt status.
How to order:
1. Set up an account on our website using your work email.
2. From the email you used for your THL account, send us an email to hello@thehappylark.com with your school name, your position, and address. Please put FORT WORTH AREA SCHOOL PURCHASE PROGRAM in the subject line. This email will inform us that you want to participate in the program.
3. If you are tax exempt, please include your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate as an attachment on your email.
4. Once we receive your email, we will verify your licensing through Texas Health and Human Services. If you are tax exempt we will set your account to tax-exempt status.
5. Within 24 hours of receiving your email, we will respond back with a unique discount code for you. Shop on our website and use your discount code for 20% off orders over $150. We will then deliver your order to the school address within 3 business days.
6. If an item you want is out of stock, please send us an email and let us know. We will order it for you if possible.
**Special Orders**
Do you need a specific product from one of our vendors? Email us what you're looking for and we will try to order it for you. This is subject to minimum and case pack requirements from our vendors. Here is a list of vendors we recommend for a classroom setting:
Grimm's Spiel and Holz: We can order ANY Grimm's item for you, but we do carry quite a bit of stock at any given time. Special orders will take at least a month to arrive.
Fat Brain: One of our most popular toy lines; the Spin Again and Squigz are always best-sellers.
Tegu: We can typically special order classroom sets as well.
Wobbel Board: We recommend the regular Wobbel Board, but we can order you any other variations you need, such as the XL.
Learning Resources/Educational Insights: The Jumbo Animals are a great classroom item.
Way to Play: Flexible rubber roads; work best on hard surfaces. Can be used inside or outside, as well as in water.
